Gateways: Employment Services
MEND's Gateways: Employment Services focuses on helping individuals search and retain a job.
The program includes transitional work experience for participants placed at MEND through external paid work experience programs, job readiness, placement, and retention support services.
Gateways has already helped place individuals into a variety of employment opportunities this year.
The program hosts a job fair every quarter that invites different employers to meet with anyone looking for employment and host onsite interviews for a faster onboarding process.
