Hope & Care

HOPE & CARE :

Hope & Care is a program that supports families with children aged 0–5, with resources and connections they need to thrive.

In partnership with the Department of Mental Health's United Mental Health Promoters (UMHP), we offer mental health resources, community referrals, trauma-informed care, wellness workshops, group exercise, and hands-on support to ease everyday stress & anxiety, including diapers, wipes, rental assistance, bill assistance, and more.

Through Hope & Care, families can:
  • Better understand their children's emotional and developmental needs
  • Access tools and resources that improve overall family wellness
  • Build stronger family bonds through meaningful activities.
