50 years of Stories -Alejandra

Alejandra is one of our many families enrolled in our Family Support Program. Like millions of workers, Alejandra was laid off from her job at the start of the pandemic. Without income or savings, she turned to local churches and MEND to help keep her family fed. She faces fear and anxiety for her family’s wellbeing daily, but for her, prayers have helped keep her positive and grateful for people like you who have given her hope that things will get better. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for bringing hope to those struggling in our community.
