Hope Wellness Care February

This past weekend we hosted our February Hope Wellness Care event!

The Buen Provecho Farmers Market provided a variety of fresh fruits & vegetables for our community to take home while our MEND programs & community partners provided everyone with helpful resources & special goodies!

This month our theme was focused around self love. The coloring books we distributed to our families included positive affirmations about loving yourself and encouraging a positive mindset.
